Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions about our products, eligibility, and the application process.
What is the maximum loan amount I can apply for?
The maximum loan amount depends on the product you are applying for. Our Anfaa Micro Loan ranges from PKR 20,000 to PKR 150,000, subject to business evaluation and repayment capacity.
What documents are required for a loan application?
Generally, you need a valid computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of residence (e.g., a utility bill), and proof of income or business. For specific products, a guarantor’s CNIC may also be required.
How long does the loan approval process take?
Our Asaan Saholat Qarza is designed for emergencies and can be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Business loans typically take 3 to 5 working days after the submission of all required documents and successful field verification.
Do you check credit history (CIB)?
Yes, as an SECP regulated entity, it is mandatory for us to check the Credit Information Bureau (CIB) report of the applicant to ensure there are no default histories and to protect against over-indebtedness.
Can women apply for business loans?
Absolutely! Women empowerment is one of our core values. We strongly encourage skilled women and female entrepreneurs to apply for our Anfaa Micro Loan to start or expand their businesses.
How do I repay my loan?
Loans are typically repaid through Easy Monthly Installments (EMI) at our designated branches or through associated digital payment gateways and partner banks. Specific schedules will be provided at the time of disbursement.
