Mr. Tufail Akhtar Rajpar
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Akhtar is a seasoned Microfinance & Banking Operations Executive with over 25 years of experience across microfinance banks, NGOs, and social enterprises in Pakistan. He holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, and has completed advanced trainings from LUMS, INSEAD Singapore, ILO Turin, Grameen Foundation USA, and BDI, covering corporate governance, HR, strategy, and financial modeling. His career includes leadership roles as Head of HR, OD, CSR & Branding at ASA Microfinance Bank (2021–2025), Head of Business at ASA Pakistan Ltd, Head of Operations at Pak Oman Microfinance Bank, and CEO of SAFCO Support Foundation. Starting from field and branch-level roles in 1995, he has built deep expertise in operations, portfolio management, organizational development, and governance.
Mr. Muhammad Arshad
Manager Business Operations
Mr. Arshad is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in microfinance, banking, and operations management. He has held key roles including Operations Manager at Al Rehmat School System, Branch Manager at ASA Pakistan Ltd where he led branch activities, fund planning, credit approvals, and staff management for 8 years, and Officer Consumer Banking at Askari Bank Limited managing a portfolio of over Rs. 40 million. His expertise covers credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial reporting, account management, and IT operations, with hands-on experience in CBSG products, e-CIB, and banking software. He holds a B. Com from IUB Bahawalpur and has strong technical skills in MS Office, Peach Tree Software, and internet utilities. Known for creativity, commitment, team leadership, and strong administrative and communication skills, he seeks a dynamic role in a microfinance organization to apply his practical knowledge and continue professional growth.
Mr. Sarfraz Ali
Manager Finance & Accounts
Mr. Sarfraz Ali is an experienced banking professional with over 10 years in branch operations, compliance, and team leadership. He served as Branch Manager at Bank AL Habib Ltd (Islamic), Shahdadpur from Mar 2023 to Oct 2025, overseeing full branch operations, SBP compliance, AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, ATM management, and audit coordination. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Allied Bank Limited as Operation Manager for 7 years, Cash Department In-Charge, and Banking Services Officer, handling reconciliation, clearing, cash operations, account opening, and Top 100 Customer portfolio. He holds an MBA (Hons) and BBA (Hons) in Finance from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, with strong academic performance. He is well-versed in prudential regulations, digital banking systems, and operational controls, with certifications in MS Office and extensive training in AML, compliance, Islamic banking, and customer service. Known for leadership, integrity, and decision-making, he seeks a responsible position to apply his expertise and drive operational excellence.
Aisha Muzamil
Manager Legal & Compliance
Ms. Aisha Muzamil is an Advocate of the High Court with over 2 years of legal experience in courts and law firms, with expertise in Family and Criminal Law.
Mr. Ghulam Mustafa
Manager IT & HR
Mr. Mustafa is a BS Software Engineering graduate from University of Sindh, Jamshoro with experience across IT, HR and freelancing. He served as HR Manager at Zforce Logistics (FedEx), Houston, handling recruitment and payroll in QuickBooks, and as a freelancer in data entry and graphic design. With Harvest Group, Hg Markets since Sep 2025, he supports market research and trading platforms. Skilled in programming, banking, and IT, he is fluent in English, Sindhi, and Urdu. He seeks a software engineering role to apply his skills, learn new technologies, and grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Mr. Sail
Manager Administration
Mr.Sail Hussain is a Civil Engineer and Construction Management professional with a Bachelor’s in Urban and Regional Planning from MUET and a Master’s in Construction Management from NED University. He currently works as Assistant Network/Project Manager at ASA Pakistan (MFB) Ltd, where he handles branch infrastructure development, project coordination, reporting, vendor management, and site inspections. With experience in urban planning, GIS-based infrastructure planning, budget control, and construction project delivery, he is skilled in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, contract administration, and ensuring quality and compliance. Known for his problem-solving and organizational skills, Sail brings a strong focus on operational efficiency and delivering projects successfully.
